| Conditions: | This role is based in a remote community approximately 500 km east of Darwin, with access limited during the Wet Season but serviced by twice-daily flights. The clinic operates on a 3-on, 1-off roster, ensuring a minimum of two GPs are on-site at all times. This population of approximately 3,000 people includes town residents and over 30 traditionally-based outstations. You will provide primary medical services, including care planning, case conferencing, and chronic disease management, while coordinating medical retrieval and patient travel services when required. The clinic values a holistic approach to health and is supported by a robust multidisciplinary team.
