| Conditions: | Hello Everyone, The below is an UPDATED list of shifts that require URGENT attention. Colour coding for the below ORANGE is PGY3+; BLUE is PGY5+, and GREEN is FACEM. • Sunday 05 April to Thursday 09 April (5x shifts) – (start midnight Saturday 04 April) 0000 to 0800 - ED Early AM JMO - $180 per hour. Please note the above shifts are advertised elsewhere. Preferences – A – a previous locum doctor who has worked ED at Grafton Base Hospital and is credentialed for the above URGENT shifts. B – a doctor who has previously worked in the Northern NSW Health District. Please supply CV / AHPRA and references of candidate for the above URGENT shifts. C – for all new doctors please supply CV / AHPRA and references of candidate for any of the above shifts. Attention, all locum doctors, and agencies please note the following. • All interested doctor available in working within the Northern NSW Health District must have the following mandatory Heti modules completed before supplying CV / AHPRA and References for any of the above URGENT shifts. • All doctors must have the following mandatory Heti modules completed, and certificates supplied to GBH / MDH Medical Administration Team no later than 5 days prior to commencement of their placement.
