| Conditions: | We are seeking cover for a FANZCA to work in Goulburn, starting Tuesday 9th June covering lists and on call, we are seeking ongoing coverage for the foreseeable future at minimum, June, July and August Monday to Friday. We are offering $4000/day for June and $3250/day for July onwards. | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration | |||
