The Position

An experienced Anaesthetist is sought to take on the pivotal role of Head of Department at a well supported hospital in Sydney. As Head of Department you will lead and coordinate medical staff to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of anaesthetic services. Key responsibilities include overseeing clinical governance, ensuring accreditation readiness, driving quality improvement initiatives, managing incidents and contributing to strategic workforce planning.
