The Lismore Base Hospital Emergency Department is a comprehensive level 5 Emergency Department and is the designated Trauma Centre for Northern NSW with on-site roof top helipad as part of our Retrieval Service. We are looking for an Interventional Cardiologist who will cover the hospital for general Cardiology and STEMI on call. The Specialist will work 0800-1700hours each day with on call overnight from 1700-0800hours for the full period. They will be required to provide daily ward round, attend any emergencies and the ED as required. Supervision and training of Junior Medical Officers is a requirement. Standard daily rate is $2500 per day (24hour period) all-inclusive as per NSW Health capped rates. We will provide basic accommodation/allowance, hire car and reimburse reasonable travel.
