GP Clinic – Roxby Downs, SA

Dates Available: Throughout the year; minimum two-week blocks preferred

Join a dedicated team in Roxby Downs, a purpose-built mining town supporting the Olympic Dam mine. The clinic operates with 1–2 doctors, a registered nurse, a practice manager, and 3 administrative staff. The town boasts a transient population of around 4,000 people, offering a blend of modern amenities and outback charm. 

The clinic utilizes Medical Director and Pracsoft software, ensuring streamlined operations. A nurse-run SA Pathology clinic operates three mornings per week, providing additional support. 

Roxby Downs offers a range of leisure and community facilities, including swimming pools, a cinema, a cultural precinct, community radio, shopping center, schools, TAFE, cafes, and sporting clubs. 

Flights, accommodation, and car hire are included, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking a rewarding rural experience.
