==About The Role== - Delivering quality diagnostic, consultative, procedural, on-call and after-hours specialty services in both inpatient and outpatient settings - Participating in Outreach, Telehealth and Tele-chemotherapy services, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of clinical information for each patient - Leading by example to the team, participating in regular training and development activities, and contributing to quality improvement projects - Conducting clinical research, facilitating internal audits and driving clinical excellence in patient care ==About The Cancer Care & Haematology Service== Busy regional Cancer Care & Haematology Service with over 800 referrals annually for treatment for conditions including Leukaemia, Myeloma, Hodgkin & Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Haemophilia, Thalassaemia, Sickle Cell Disease, Myelodysplasia, Myeloproliferative Neoplasia, Bleeding & Clotting Disorders etc. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering care across Inpatient, Outpatient, Day or Home settings, as well as, Outreach and Telehealth services. ==About You== - AHPRA registered Specialist Medical Practitioner and with dual Fellowships with RACP and RCPA in Clinical and Laboratory Haematology respectively - Demonstrated contemporary clinical knowledge and technical expertise in the specialty of Clinical and Laboratory Haematology - Collaborative team member who is able to work well in a large multidisciplinary team, and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills including effective negotiation, conflict resolution and problem solving skills - High level expertise in supervision, teaching and professional development, and commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining clinical compliance ==The successful candidate MUST have Rights to Work in AUS, a valid driver licence and comply with QLD Health occupational assessment, pre-employment screening and vaccination policies.== To register your interest, click “Apply Now”.
