Are you a doctor looking for an exciting and unique opportunity to make a real impact in rural Australia? Join a dedicated team and be part of a mission to provide exceptional healthcare to the underserved communities in rural areas. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including participating in innovative initiatives such as the fetal alcohol spectrum disorder program. They also offer full training for those looking to gain their first exposure to Aboriginal medicine. With an existing patient base of 6000, you will be walking into a full practice with the potential to earn 75% of billings. The current GP's have averaged $270 per hour in billings over the last 12 months. The practice offers flexibility with regards to work patterns, with options such as FIFO (2 weeks on 2 weeks off) or 3 days in person at the clinic and 1 day telehealth. Accommodation and travel costs are covered, even for regular FIFO. Patient care is at the center of everything they do and they do not practice "5 minute medicine". Remote GPT2 Supervision is possible if required.

The Location

West Armidale is a charming university town with a medical school, providing a collegiate atmosphere for doctors and the chance for collaboration with the university for teaching or research. The town is located 4 hours drive away from Newcastle and with regular flights from Sydney.
