You will be one of three General Surgeons in a unit providing comprehensive services for patients in the region. = The Hospital = The District Health Board provides services for a population of around 40, 880 including 24-hours acute and elective care in general and orthopaedic surgery, medicine, O&G, ophthalmology, psychiatry, and paediatrics.
