Whilst on shift there is also the potential of being called in to Orthopaedic or other surgical cases.  You may also be required for after hour?s emergency C-sections. Your roster will consist of approximately four 12 hours shifts per week (with no-on call). Shifts commence at either 8am or 8pm. The Hospital This private facility consists of 155 beds including 25 acute, 20 rehab, 24 surgical, 26 maternity and 6 ICU beds. The services provided by this hospital include medical and surgical wards, a Maternity Unit, rehabilitation services and paediatric care.  Participation in education & training is via links to the public hospital.  == The Location == This cosmopolitan city full of academic, artistic and cultural pursuits offers a great contrast between nature and urban living.
