The Hospital This 110 bed facility is a public hospital with a 24 hour emergency department, and a range of specialist services including: orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, general surgery, diagnostic gastrointestinal endoscopy, paediatrics, maternity/obstetrics, acute medicine and satellite renal dialysis. These services are supported by pathology, pharmacy, radiology/imaging and sterilising. The hospital provides health services to a population of roughly 40,000 people.
