This choice allows you to choose your working hours to suit your new lifestyle. This position will provide you with a varied case mix excluding orthopaedic and trauma cases. There are 18 surgical beds and 2 operating theatres covering all cases except for orthopaedics and trauma. You will be working alongside the Head of Department in Surgery and one other 0.5 FTE Staff Specialist and be required to participate in the 1:4 on call; there is a VMO Urologist and Paediatric Surgeon. Junior support is available to specialists.
