You will be positioned across two hospitals in this area health service and utilising your leadership skills you will be involved with the development of junior medical staff, giving you the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise. The Health Service You will be working at an innovative and dynamic health service that has a range of facilities to provide the best care for their patients, including two acute hospitals, three district hospitals and seven community health centres. The main acute hospital is a 160 bed accredited teaching hospital with an attached rural clinical school and a 70 bed private facility. The second acute hospital is located 40kms away and is a 130 bed community hospital. The health service provides high quality health care and specialist services to a combined catchment area of 100,000 people.  The health service has a great sense of community and camaraderie, with strong social and professional networks.
