Your duties will also include overseeing the work of assigned junior medical staff, including the adequacy of documentation, safe practice and prescribing. This role is for someone who is passionate about mentoring, as you will also be involved in promoting clinical meetings, providing formal and informal teaching in both undergraduate and postgraduate settings and assisting conduction of research. The Hospital A major referral facility with 134 beds, this hospital annually sees 28,000 Emergency Department presentations, delivers 1,200 babies, admits 18,000 patients in total and performs 36,000 outpatient services.
