A pathology lab is located on site as is a coffee shop! Work approximately 40 hours a week on. After hours roster will incorporate work between 6pm and 11pm weekdays, and weekends and public holidays, position can be full time also. You will be working with nine full-time and two after hours doctors. The doctors have the benefit of full support from a large team of receptionists,practice nurses, administration staff and a Practice Manager on site. There is also access to ten additional administrative staff based at the head office at Cairns == The Location == Townsville is North Queensland's principal centre for medical assistance with two major public hospitals, and two major private hospitals. Casualty at Townsville Base Hospital is located 10 minutes away. X-ray services and a large pharmacy are located close to the surgery.
