Rockingham, Western Australia A medical centre in Rockingham, only 47km south west of Perth, is seeking a GP! This fantastic friendly practice provides the ability to grow patient numbers and expand on current services provided. You will earn 60% of billings. A sign on fee or a retention bonus at the end of the contract are available and will be negotiated on an individual centre basis. An additional percentage of billings is negotiable for hospital work and Obstetric procedures. Opening hours at present are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. There will be very little on-call work on weekends required as == The Practice == use deputising service and GP after hours. This mixed-billing practice is fully-computerized with new IT hard- and software. It features twelve consulting rooms, a five bed treatment room, an excision room and a treatment room complete with ultrasound and CTG machine onsite. The medical centre has a variety of patients? demographics but has an emphasis on offering family medicine. You will be working alongside 11 other GPs with special interest in general and paed medicine, minor surgery, women?s and men?s health, occupational health, family planning and O&G. Nursing and admin support staff as well as midwifes and a practice manager are providing onsite support. == The Practice == is located centrally in Rockingham and only 4km away from the coast. A major hospital and specialists are situated nearby. Pathology and a pharmacy are available on-site. The clinic is close to a shopping centre and a police station and has excellent bus, rail links and is also close to the freeway.   Rockingham has a population of approximately 90,000 and lays just 47km south west of Perth. Perth City is situated between the Darling Ranges and the Indian Ocean, and along the banks of the Swan River, 12 km from the ocean. The river is named after the famous black swans which can be found along the river. The city is bound by the river to the east and south. To the west of the city is Kings Park, which has over 400 hectares of natural Australian bush overlooking the city centre and the Swan River.
