Work hours are negotiable. The current opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm and Thursday 12.00pm to 7.00pm. The fully-computerised, paperless practice is predominantly private-billing and features seven spacious consulting rooms. It is located in a recently rejuvenated, air-conditioned building with a gym on site.  The clinic is situated in the local central business district. Allied health services such as a dietician, a diabetic educator, a psychologist and an exercise physiologist are available on-site. == The Location == Can you imagine a city surrounded by three waters? These slow-growing hardwood trees are unique to the southwest area and are estimated to be 400 years old. == Essential Criteria == Please note: Due to employment legislation relating to workforce restrictions, overseas- trained doctors are required to have post graduate qualifications in General Practice (i.e. FRACGP, MRCGP, CCFP or equivalent) to apply for this position.   Skills/experience in emergency as appropriate for a GP are desirable.
