You will be supported by eleven Coordinating Nurses and Operations Coordinators who will screen calls and provide administrative support such as sourcing suitable hospitals or clinics and facilitating the patients transfer there. Your will be required to consult with these high profile clients over the phone, plus liaise with the doctor on site to ensure the patient is receiving the appropriate treatment. You are only required to work 38 hours per week and there is no on call which means you can still practice medicine without sacrificing your lifestyle. Shifts are 12.5 hours in length with one late night shift per week until 10pm. Weekend work includes Saturday and Sunday and is rostered on a one in four basis so once a month you can enjoy some time off during the week to break the routine.
