Clinic opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am ? 6.00pm, and Saturday 8.30am ? 12.30pm. On call work is one night per week and one weekend a month. This is remunerated at 75% of billings. Flexible work hours are available! The mixed-billing practice is fully-computerised and features 15 consulting rooms. It is fully-equipped and has every comfort. The modern, purpose-built clinic is located next-door to the local hospital. A community health centre is situated nearby and hosts a range of allied health professionals including physiotherapy, dentist, massage, optometry, dietician, diabetes & asthma educator, drug & alcohol, district nurse, podiatry, myotherapy, community midwife, child health, and an award winning well women's clinic. A short drive leads to the beautiful Gippsland coastline which includes Shallow Inlet, Corner Inlet, Waratah Bay, and Yanakie. There are boat launching facilities at Corner Inlet which is one of the region's most popular boating and fishing spots. The town?s attractions include an impressive 18 hole golf course, the local vineyard and winery, and the local gallery which also houses a satellite information centre. Both primary and secondary schools are available in town.
