Ballarat Health Services is seeking to appoint a Director of Nursing for the Sebastopol Complex Residential facilities. The successful applicant will report and be responsible to the Executive Director of Nursing Services. You will possess extensive experience working within the Residential Care field, and have or be working towards a tertiary qualification in Management and/or Health/Aged Care. Your passion for delivering a quality service, and sound skills in interpersonal relationships, leadership, decision making, problem solving and financial management will make you a stand out candidate. Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Resident Classification System, Aged Care Funding Instrument, Aged Care Act and other relevant legislation is a vital component of this role.
