A team of six receptionists and two part-time nurses provide support to the doctors. Allied Health services such as chiropractor, psychologist, physiotherapist and a pathology collection centre are available on site. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 1.30pm. Saturday work is negotiable. The fully computerised mixed-billing practice is located in a purpose-built surgery with 10 consulting rooms. There is a pharmacy located only 300m from the surgery, and both public and private hospitals are only 5 km away. This friendly practice has extremely low staff turnover - some doctors have been with the clinic for more than 11 years! == The Location == Situated on the banks of the Yarra River, this friendly multicultural city is home to people from over 140 nations.
