The patients are mainly walk-ins and == The Practice == principle works in a nearby ED so referrals for acute cases such as appendicitus are very easy.   You need to be familiar with Medicare and able to deal with insurance companies, and you must be service focused.  Medical Director is used and training can be provided if required.   The clinic is very well equipped, and modern with full time nurse and clerical staff.
