On call is not at all onerous and involves one weekend day every six weeks, and one weeknight every two or three weeks until 8pm only. Appointments are set at 15 minute intervals which is really manageable and will ensure you are not overloaded.   This is a laid back team who like to get the job done but enjoy life at the same time.
