The site centrally located in town is a 1900?s villa of native timbers and currently features three GP consulting rooms and three nurse consulting rooms. However, this site is currently being expanded to double its size. The purpose-built sister clinic offers six light-flooded GP consulting rooms and four nurse consulting rooms with a treatment room and minor surgery room and is located in a modern, air-conditioned building.  Both clinics are well equipped and maintained. The local hospital is seven to ten minutes away from both clinics and pharmacies are closer. You will be working alongside ten other GPs for both practices. Most of the time the larger practice has five to six doctors, five to six practice nurses and five medical receptionist/administrators working. The surgery in the town centre usually has three doctors, three nurses and three medical receptionists on duty at any given time. A generous salary package is on offer (all details negotiable): -         Earn up to $170,000 pa for full-time work (10 sessions/week) - it is also possible to work 8 or 9 sessions per week -         5 weeks annual leave plus statutory public holidays of 11 days a year -         Sick leave, bereavement leave, study leave per year -         CME assistance from a contestable annual fund of $10,000 pa -         Assistance with finding accommodation -         Car for the first 3 months -         Provision of $10,000 towards relocation costs Opening hours are from Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and 9am ? 6pm on weekends. Work hours are negotiable. The weekends are shared on a 1 in 9 weekend frequency. When GPs work on the weekend they can have time off before and after the weekend to suit.
