With the assistance and guidance of senior medical staff and advanced registrars, you will gain exposure to varied presentations including an increased number of trauma cases due to the nearby rural industry, higher speed limit on roads and increasing tourist volumes. You will attend to patients in order of urgency and assist with taking a complete history and medical examination of new medical admissions as well as assist in arranging the appropriate investigation and care.
