A small practice 2 hours west of Mackay urgently needs a locum from 28 - 30 September (3 days), or 26 - 30 September if you would prefer to work the whole week.     == The Practice ==   You will be the only doctor in this small, rural town. == The Practice == is supported by a nurse and has a small pharmacy on site. == The Practice == is fully computerised (Medical Director) and the hours are 9am-5pm, though flexible if need be. You will be on call each evening - previous locums have had approximately 1 call out per week.   Accommodation, travel and meals supplied, and the pay rate will be $2000 per day   == The Location ==   Like so many central Queensland towns that have sprung out of the bush in recent years, this town owes its genesis to the development of the rich coal mines in the area.
