You will join the health network and therefore work across two different hopsitals giving you excellent access to ICU, anaesthetics, ED and trauma cases, with the whole 12 months accredited for training. You must be PGY5 or above, have a minimum of 2 years? experience working in emergency and at least 6 months additional experience in either ICU or anaesthetics. The Hospital With annual activity reaching 270,000 per annum this hospital utilises its 261 acute beds with the added benefit of a further 85 day surgery beds and chairs both on site and remotely. The ED admission rate sits at 32% and seeing approx. 38,000 patients per year, the Emergency Department has been accredited by ACEM for advanced training. The hospital itself is widely recognised for its many achievements across several different areas of medicine including cardiology, oncology and invitro fertilisation.
