There are 2 clinics requiring doctors, and any 2 week or longer periods will be considered over the following sets of dates: 10 April - ongoing == The Practice ==: You will be fully supported, working with 5 other GPs, a practice manager and nursing staff. Full specialist support is available and a large hospital is within close proximity. You will work 2 sessions per day (morning and afternoon), and the pay rate is $1500 per day or 70% of billings, whichever is greater. Some light on call may be required, and Saturday morning sessions are also available (paid at the daily rate). Accommodation, flights and a car provided. The clinic is affiliated with a mining site; giving you the opportunity to be involved in some occupational heath work (5%) as well as general practice work (95%). == The Location ==: Described as the Oasis of the Outback - a gleaming mirage on the horizon for travellers from all directions - Mount Isa nestles among the ochre-red Selwyn Ranges, on the banks of the Leichhardt River.
