Clinicall lost the contracts as they were so badly run and they were unhappy with the service. Renee needs a Physio to work for Pininsula Village and will be paid and employed by them but managed under Renee and Katherine.  3 months in 2-4 weeks time. They are setting up a new project under the new Gov funding for Age Care. WHAT ARE THE MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? Private Practice set up in a residential age care facility. Pain management strategies for 182 residents on site at the facility.  They will have the initial assessments with Renee or Katherine then that person will be refereed to the Pain Management Physio to manage apporx 20 patients per day. All organised in advance and planned who they will see by Katherine. WHAT PATIENTS DO YOU TREAT? Age Care Pain Management. Shoulders, back and neck WHAT ARE THE MOST INTERESTING ASPECTS OF THE JOB? It's not intersting work, the person needs to be passionate about care and aged care. STRONG SELLING POINTS OF YOUR ORGANISATION? It's on the Central Coast STRONG POINTS OF THE TEAM? Strong support from Dr's Nurses and Renee/Katherine well organised and professional with all the necessary equipment WHAT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED? Age Care pref. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?   WHAT IS THE SALARY RANGE? Aprox $40 per hour but Renae set higher expectations with Melinda and advised may have to pay more.
