Earn $2000 per day + GST and work in a well-equipped facility in a friendly coastal town!   Post: GP/ED/SMO   Dates: 14 March ? 2 April 2013   Rate: $2000 per day + GST. Flights, accommodation and a car provided.   Job Description: You will be rostered to work approx 12 shifts per fortnight which are usually day shifts with one or two overnight shifts in the 12 days. Day shifts are 9 hours (8am to 5pm, 9.30am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm) and night shifts are 12 hours (8pm to 8am). You will have a varied GP/ED role and assist in the provision of outreach services. There is a sleeping room in the hospital for the overnight shift which often has quiet spells and other specialists are on call after hours for support if required.   The Hospital: This is the largest hospital on the North West coast of WA between Geraldton and Darwin: a 70 bed facility which includes 35 acute and 35 long stay beds. There are 19 full-time medical staff and the hospital has a well equipped digital imaging dept with a 16 slice CT scanner, good ultrasound facilities and access to state of the art tele-radiology reporting facilities.
