It is the principal teaching hospital of the Australian National University (ANU) Graduate Medical Program. The Role Registrars are part of a 24-hour roster, covering 7 days a week. You will bee expected to provide direct patient care, supervise junior medical staff and to work under the supervision of consultant staff. The Emergency Department consults approximately 60,000 patients per year and has a diverse case mix which includes trauma, paediatrics, and all medical and surgical subspecialties. Opportunities exist for rotations to intensive care, anaesthetics, general meduicine, neonatal ICU, paediatrics, and retieval subspecialties. == The Location == A thriving modern city with beautiful galleries and museums clustered around a lake and bordered by bushland.
