The clinic operates 7 days a week whereby no appointment is required and whereby it is a free service for Medicare card holders. It is run by a team of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals experienced in treating urgent medical needs from those aged 3 months plus to the elderly. The presentations can range from Cat 2 to Cat 5 with the average length of stay around 105 minutes.
