The Practice

This privately owned, GP led clinic delivers high-quality care to the local community in a modern, fully computerised environment. The practice features six consulting rooms, two treatment rooms, and onsite pathology, with strong support from visiting specialists and allied health providers including psychology, podiatry, paediatrics, audiology, orthopaedics, and neurosurgery. You’ll be joining a cohesive team of six GPs, with four doctors on site at any given time, backed by experienced nurses and reception staff. Established full-time GPs bill between $12,000 to $15,000 per week - this could be you!

Located in the heart of a thriving coastal suburb, the practice is close to pharmacies, urgent care, and a major hospital, with the Northern Beaches offering excellent schools, thriving businesses and world-class beaches on your doorstep. Operating Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, the clinic requires no weekend or after-hours work, and doctors enjoy full flexibility to set their own schedules, allowing for genuine work-life balance in one of Sydney’s most desirable coastal communities.

Essential Criteria

Non-DPA position.

Australian Permanent Residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship required.

GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.

The Practice

This innovate GP-owned and run healthcare practice is growing and experiencing increased patient demand increasing, so they are looking for a GP to join their team and start making a difference within the community. Although ideally looking for a full-time GP, this practice is offering flexibility around work hours and is happy to accommodate your needs to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance. The current established GP bill up to $16,500 per week and to help you settle in, relocation assistance can be offered as well. 

This private billing practice prides itself on having created a collaborative environment and is therefore looking for a GP that is dedicated and a team player. Placing high value on supporting their team, this practice is willing to facilitate training and development with any special interests that you may have and with this also comes a higher private billing for any special interest procedures. There are currently three GPs at the practice and there is plenty of room for growth and the practice is looking to build their team of GPs over time.  

Working in a purpose-built, modern facility, you will have access to three consult rooms with room for expansion. This practice boasts natural lighting and amazing sea views from a balcony and deck area where you can enjoy your break. Apart from holistic, quality General Practice services, this clinic also offers medical cannabis treatment for pain management etc. which is very well received and in demand with patients. Having developed a collaborative and supportive environment, a team of two admin staff, two experience nurses and a practice manager will stand by you in providing help where needed. Practice opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 11am Saturdays. The practice is closed on Sunday and there are no on-call commitments, allowing you to spend your free time with family and friends.

The quality of schooling here is second-to-none, with a variety of choice in this town and its surrounding suburbs.
