Claire Ponsford is one of the co-founders and directors of Wavelength International. She founded Wavelength with Dr. John Bethell in 1999. They wanted to create a different type of recruitment company, one that truly cared about its employees, who in turn would truly care about the service delivered to doctors and healthcare employers. For over 20 years Claire has led the Wavelength team to help doctors from all medical specialties and seniorities in finding the most rewarding jobs across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Camilla Mutton has worked in the Medical and Not-For-Profit sector for nearly a decade. Previously working as an Associate Recruiter at Wavelength on the Psychiatry team, she has recently moved to the Wavelength corporate team as Business Improvement Consultant, and prior to that worked at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service and Greenpeace Australia. As an avid reader, and advocate for equality, Camilla has a thirst for knowledge and involvement across the medical industry and multiple not-for-profit organisations. She offers a fresh perspective on the medical workforce and the ever-changing cultural environments in Australia.

Alex is a Registered Migration Agent and is responsible for managing all of the visa requirements for Overseas Trained GPs to work in Australia.

After transitioning from her role as Regulatory Consultant to our Migration Agent, Alex’s seven years of experience in the regulatory and migration arena provides crucial support to the GP team.

Dr Anthony Llewellyn graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1996. Anthony has had a diverse career in Medicine. A career that has seen Anthony become a consultant Psychiatrist and then go on to work in a range of leadership, administrative, executive and teaching roles. Anthony has previously been a Director of Medical Workforce at Hunter New England Local Health District as well as the Executive Medical Director of the Health Education and Training Institute from 2012 to 2016.
