The Practice

Join this well-established, fully accredited as a teaching practice where a dedicated team of four GPs, two nurses, a team of receptionists and a practice manager is looking forward to a new GP joining to help meet the growing patient demand. The current GPs over a range of clinical interests including skin cancer, paediatrics, women’s health, mental health and ENT, giving you the chance to collaborate with a diverse and experienced team and further your own special interests.

The practice operates from two neighbouring sites, that feature eight consulting rooms and two well-equipped treatment rooms. The practice is bulk billing to maximise new Medicare incentives, which ensures strong patient demand and fast bookings.

The practice’s team-first culture ensures your personal and professional needs are heard and supported at all times. The principal GP, who moved from the UK over ten years ago, offers a wealth of knowledge and support to international doctors making the move.

The practice is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday so you can enjoy excellent work-life balance with free evenings and weekends in a family-friendly suburb of Wollongong!

The Practice

This beautiful modern, purpose-built practice boasts a welcoming, light and airy reception area with floor to ceiling windows flooding it with natural light. There are 24 consulting rooms and you will have access to an ECG room as well as a four-bed treatment room. 

Working alongside eleven other GPs, you will have ample support from a full team of nurses and administrative staff who will go the extra mile to ensure that you and your patients are well looked after. With the convenience of on-site physiotherapy, dental, radiology, pathology and allied health professionals, you will be able to provide integrated care for better patient outcomes. 

The centre is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays, giving you the ability to fit your work around your lifestyle. Relocation assistance is on offer to help you make the move.

One and a half hours’ drive from central Sydney and only ten minutes from Wollongong’s central business district, you’re never too far from a beach and still close enough to make the most of all the city’s attractions.
