The Practice

This well-established medical centre is home to a group of 14 GPs with varying specialties including antenatal care, mental health, paediatrics, chronic disease, women’s health, acupuncture, minor procedures, occupational health and workplace injuries. This tight-knit and professional team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join them.

The multi-disciplinary team also features a wide variety of allied health professionals including three physiotherapists, two psychologists, a podiatrist, a dietitian, dentist, radiology, care plan nurse and a triaging team onsite. The clinic also boasts on site pathology and pharmacy as well as on-site imaging, including x-ray, ultrasound and a CT scanner for your and your patients’ convenience.

With a wide variety of medical services offered under one roof, this medical centre would suit a GP who is passionate about continuity of care across multiple services.

Centrally located and easily accessible, this clinic features 22 GP consulting rooms and a fully-equipped treatment room. The practice opening hours are 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 10pm on weekends, hours can be discussed to suit. With extended opening hours you will have complete flexibility with the hours you work. The Location

The clinic is located just 15km north-east of Adelaide CBD, only minutes away from the hospital.

Schooling options are plenty with both a primary and secondary school right in the suburb and a number of other choices in the neighbouring suburbs. A large park central in the suburb is a popular spot for barbecues and picnics in summer.

Essential Criteria

Non-DPA position.

Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship required.

GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.

The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a General Practitioner to join a well‑established, high‑volume medical centre in Melbourne’s south‑eastern suburbs.

Due to ongoing patient demand, doctors typically see around 28 patients per day and will build a full patient base within 2–3 weeks of commencing. The clinic operates extended hours (8:30am–7:00pm), providing flexibility in structuring your working schedule.

Remuneration includes a guaranteed base rate of $165–$175 per hour, with established GPs billing approximately $10,000 per week, offering stable and attractive earning potential.

The Practice

This is a modern, well-established general practice with a strong reputation for delivering accessible, patient‑centred care. The clinic is fully computerised using Best Practice software and features 10 consulting rooms within a contemporary facility.

You will be joining a collaborative team of 10 General Practitioners, supported by 4 nurses, 5 administrative staff, and a dedicated practice manager, enabling efficient workflows and strong clinical support.

The practice operates under a bulk billing model and services a diverse patient demographic, including families, elderly patients, and workers compensation cases. Strong referral pathways are in place, with nearby allied health and hospital access.

The clinic has extensive experience supporting International Medical Graduates, with doctors currently working under sponsorship and a structured, supportive onboarding process.

The Location

Located in Melbourne’s south‑eastern corridor, this practice is approximately 40–45 km from Melbourne CBD, with an average commute of around 45–60 minutes by car depending on traffic.

The area offers a strong community feel while remaining well connected to the city, with access to local parks, schools, shopping precincts and public transport links. It provides a practical option for those wanting proximity to Melbourne without the intensity of inner‑city living.
