Non-DPA Position

The practice offers flexible sessions between 9am and 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends, with remuneration of 75% of gross billings or a guaranteed $200-$250 per hour for the first three months. With strong patient demand and active marketing support for new doctors, a full appointment book is anticipated within the first month. GPs are supported by a highly experienced full-time practice nurse, established reception and management team, online bookings via HotDoc and HealthEngine, and a private consulting room with dedicated onsite parking. The modern clinic is equipped with onsite pathology, pharmacy and private health claiming facilities, alongside a range of allied health services including physiotherapy, podiatry and dietetics, providing comprehensive support for high-quality patient care.

Located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, this role offers easy access to schools, shops, public transport, and is just 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, providing the perfect balance of convenience and community living for an ideal work-life balance.

The Practice

This community-oriented clinic provides a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere, backed by experienced chronic disease management nurses and an efficient practice manager. The team comprises seven GPs, offering a strong mix of experience and expertise, including the lead GP who originally trained in the UK before making the move to Perth over ten years ago. 

The practice features two fully equipped treatment rooms and has recently been refurbished with new flooring and contemporary furnishings, creating a professional and comfortable environment for staff and patients alike. 

A notable advantage of this role is the weekday-only schedule: Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm with a 5pm closing time on Fridays, giving you your evenings and weekends off.

The clinic caters to a wide patient population, with a focus on occupational health services, including drug and alcohol testing for the nearby WA Police Academy. GPs with an interest in skin work will benefit from a dedicated dermatology room already set up for procedures. Pathology services are available on site for your and your patients’ convenience.

DPA position and visa sponsorship available.

AHPRA ESP, RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable only) and GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
