The Practice

This accredited mixed billing practice is offering a GP the opportunity to join a non-corporate, friendly environment and earn well. Having built a new consult room, the practice is experiencing an increase in patient demand so a new GP will be able to take on a full patient load. You will be joining seven other doctors who have created a friendly and supportive environment. With a staff kitchen and an outdoor seating area for lunch, you will be able to socialise with your colleagues and unwind in your down time.

The practice offers patients access to allied health services with an exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, psychologist, diabetic educator and podiatrist on-site. Being conveniently located in a small shopping village there is access to a pharmacy and a hospital within a 15-minute drive. Featuring six consult rooms and one treatment room with two beds, you will be well-equipped from day one and be supported in your day-to-day needs by a team of nurses, medical receptionists and a practice manager.

The practice opening hours range from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays the clinics stays closed. Enjoy your evenings and weekends with family and friends and relax knowing there is no on-call commitment.

This practice is ideally located just 20km and a short 30-minute drive from the heart of Brisbane, CBD. You will also be situated a 60-minute drive from the beautiful Gold Coast, providing you and the family with the perfect beach escape. This suburb provides access to excellent facilities and access to shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and more! This is a family friendly suburb with access to a range of schools and a major bus station, making transport in and out of the city easily accessible. With Brisbane only 30 mins away, you will have access to everything the city has to offer. Sophisticated city galleries and rooftop bars, desolate subtropical beaches, cool-climate vineyards and more. Essential Criteria

Non-DPA position.

Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand Citizenship required for this role.

GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
