To help you settle in, a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of $150/hour is on offer for the first 3 months to give you peace of mind regarding your earnings when you first start at the clinic.

You will have the support of two nurses, a practice manager and colleagues that have different special interests. The clinic offers a range of dedicated health services including chronic disease management, child health, mental health, skin cancer checks and procedures, so your patients’ needs are well looked after. Flexible working hours are on offer and the clinic is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, allowing you to have more free time on weekends and evenings.

The Practice

Set in a stunning beachside suburb, a small and boutique practice group that has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years is opening the doors to a state-of-the-art facility and is offering opportunities for doctors to join their team. The owners are successfully running another practice they had opened in the greater western Sydney. You can feel confident stepping into this new practice as they are offering an initial hourly guarantee and the clinic is located on a site that was previously a medical centre for over 15 years.

Being a training practice, there is also the opportunity to earn $180/hr through training and supervising GP registrars at the practice.

You will be working in fresh, newly built premises, featuring modern and functional facilities which will allow you to provide patients with state-of-the-art healthcare. They have engaged in sourcing other dedicated and experienced GPs and are looking to build a team of healthcare professional that are committed to providing the local community with quality care. You will be working alongside one part-time female doctor who is set to start in the practice upon opening.

The practice opening hours will be from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm Saturday. Closed Sundays and no on-call requirements will allow you to enjoy your downtime with family and friends. You will also get to enjoy five weeks off per year – this is your chance to enjoy a work-life balance! You’ll be joining a cohesive team of six GPs, with four doctors on site at any given time, backed by experienced nurses and reception staff. Established full-time GPs bill between $12,000 to $15,000 per week - this could be you!
