The Practice

As one of their doctors moves away from general practice into hospital work, a position has become vacant for a VR GP to join the team at this AGPAL accredited practice located in a north-western suburb of Canberra. This practice prides itself on providing the local community with access to quality care and developing lasting relationships with their patients.

You will be joining six doctors that support one another in reaching their full potential and ensuring patients receive state-of-the-art healthcare. The practice is purpose-built to suit the needs of their doctors, with generously sized consult rooms, one treatment room and nurse station. Available allied health service include a counsellor, an exercise physiologist and a dietician as well as on-site pathology for your and your patients’ convenience.

The practice provides a supportive environment where their doctors can reach their full potential. To ensure you can focus on patient care, you will be ably supported by an exerienced team of nurses, reception staff and a manager. Practice hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday only, providing you with time to relax with family and friends over the weekend. AHPRA ESP and RACGP PEP-Specialist Pathway eligible international candidates (substantially comparable) as well as GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.

The Practice

This mixed billing practice is experiencing growth and therefore need a GP to join the team and start providing quality medical care to a community in need. You will be joining eight GPs, most of which have an interest in skin and cosmetics work.

Purpose-built and modern, the practice is conveniently located in one of the biggest shopping centres in the suburb. Opening hours are from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends off to spend quality time with family and friends.

The clinic features well-equipped consulting rooms, a large treatment room, a dedicated skin cancer procedure room and a nurses’ room. You will have two registered nurses, two receptionists and a practice manager all working together to support you with all your daily needs. With a psychologist on site and a range of other healthcare services such as a dentist, physiotherapist and chemist all located within the same shopping centre, your patients have access to a range of allied health services.

The Location

This practice is located in an industrial suburb in the Pine Rivers district about 17km north-west of central Brisbane. If you're looking for some of north-east Queensland's best sights, experiences, cuisine and schooling, then the Moreton Bay Region has everything you're looking for. The Practice

This accredited mixed billing practice is offering a GP the opportunity to join a non-corporate, friendly environment and earn well. Having built a new consult room, the practice is experiencing an increase in patient demand so a new GP will be able to take on a full patient load. You will be joining seven other doctors who have created a friendly and supportive environment. With a staff kitchen and an outdoor seating area for lunch, you will be able to socialise with your colleagues and unwind in your down time.

The practice offers patients access to allied health services with an exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, psychologist, diabetic educator and podiatrist on-site. Being conveniently located in a small shopping village there is access to a pharmacy and a hospital within a 15-minute drive. Featuring six consult rooms and one treatment room with two beds, you will be well-equipped from day one and be supported in your day-to-day needs by a team of nurses, medical receptionists and a practice manager.

The practice opening hours range from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays the clinics stays closed. Enjoy your evenings and weekends with family and friends and relax knowing there is no on-call commitment.

This practice is ideally located just 20km and a short 30-minute drive from the heart of Brisbane, CBD. You will also be situated a 60-minute drive from the beautiful Gold Coast, providing you and the family with the perfect beach escape.
