General Surgeon required Friday 6 Nov: 1900 - 0700 offsite on call Saturday 7 Nov - Monday 9 Nov : 0700-0700 - 0700 - 1900 onsite on call, then 1900 - 0700 offsite on call Monday 9 Nov: 0700 - 1900 onsite and on call > Handover to incoming on call Surgeon. $1000 daily for 12hour shifts (Friday and Tuesday) $2000 daily for 24hour shifts (Saturday-Sunday) General Surgery Registrar available 24/7 Travel and Accommodation providedCredentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
