21/9/26 to 25/9/26 in MHEC Lismore (hours will be 2pm – 10:30pm) 26/9/26 to 16/10/26 in our Lismore Adult inpatient unit (hours 8:00am to 4:30pm) 4 weeks in total from 21/9/26 to 16/10/26 On-call and call back maybe required.Credentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
