Details
Accommodation:ISLHD MHS will reimburse the agency on invoice for accommodation. The allowance is $200 per night plus GST. Please attach accommodation invoice/receipts marked as ‘Paid’
Hire Cars:
ISLHD MHS will reimburse the cost of hire cars up to $70 per day (medium/intermediate sedan/hatch only).
Alternatively, if a locum is using their own car, mileage will be reimbursed to the candidate VIA Vmoney only at the 1/2 ATO rate, currently 45.5 cents per kilometre. There is NO allowance available for candidates that wish to make their own car hire arrangements or do not have claimable mileage.
Please note ISLHD MHS do not cover flights or the journey ‘to and/or from’ the placement.

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
