This advert is for a full-time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist VMO to cover a fixed-term vacancy within our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry service. The leave periods are from 21st September - 3rd October and 25th October - 6th November, a single continuous contract from 21/9 - 6/11 can be negotiated. For the candidate to commence on time all phase 1 paperwork must be completed by 28th August, and all phase 2 paperwork must be completed by 7th Sept. Candidates must have experience and hold a certificate in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.Credentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
