Comments - O&G Registrar Night Shifts will be as per roster, hours will vary. Afterhours, oncall and weekend shifts.25/11 to 01/12 1930-0800 for week days and 0730-2000 for weekends
NOTE:
* Must be able full fill the whole block specified*
Allowances:
• Return airfares from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return
• Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation and we are unable to accommodate pets)
• Use of hire vehicle if required

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
