Comments - O&G Registrar long term vacancy. Shifts will be as per roster, hours will vary. Afterhours, oncall and weekend shifts. 0730 to 1600 (hours will vary as per roster!) NOTE: * Must be able full fill the whole block specified* Allowances: • Return airfares from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return • Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation and we are unable to accommodate pets) • Use of hire vehicle if requiredCredentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
