Shifts: 0800am to 0830pm Med Reg ED days - Discharge planning, handover to the Night Med Reg

week on week off starting 10th September until Feb
If a Night Med Reg locum cancels this role is designed to be switched from days to Night as a back up plan.
Allowances:
• Return airfares from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return
• Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation and we are unable to accommodate pets)
• Use of fleet vehicle if required
Credentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
