6th Oct to 9th Oct – 0800-1630
12th Oct to 16th Oct & 18th Oct – 0800-1630 and weekends 0800-2000
19th Oct to 23rd Oct – 0800-1630
26th Oct to 30th Oct & 1st Nov – 0800-1630 and weekends 0800-2000
2nd Nov to 6th Nov – 0800-1630
9th Nov to 14th Nov – 0800-1630 and weekends 0800-2000
Credentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
