Dual Gen Med - Geriatrician Consultant needed Monday 21 Dec - Wednesday 30 Dec 0800 - 1700 ( On Call from Friday 25 Dec 0800 to Tuesday 29 Dec 0800 / 0800 - 1700 On site, 1700 - 0800 Off site ) Monday 4 Jan - Friday 8 Jan 0800 - 1700 No on Call Monday 11 Jan - Friday 15 Jan 0800 - 1700 No On Call Transfer of care of existing patients. Set up tasks for JMOs and Registrars. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries. Registrar and intern support available. Travel and accommodation provided by the hospital. $2500 daily rateCredentials
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
