The Practice

This privately owned and practice operating across two sites has been serving its community for over a decade, offering mixed billing services with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and trusted patient relationships. Located in affluent, high-traffic areas close to the beach, the clinics are located less than 10 minutes from each other and provide a modern, fully computerised environment supported by onsite nurses, pathology, and allied health services.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team where you can enjoy true clinical autonomy, solid administrative support, and guidance from experienced onsite supervisors (Levels 2-4), along with peer-to-peer engagement. While the clinics are non-DPA, support may be available for doctors with a valid 19AB exemption or those enrolled in an eligible training program.

Australian Permanent Residency or Australian/New Zealand Citizenship required. 

GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.

The Practice

The practice is bidding farewell to two of their long-standing and well-regarded GPs gracefully retiring after many years. This offers an exciting opportunity for GPs to take over an established patient base and work alongside their remaining six GPs. With close to 40 years of service to the local community, this practice has developed a loyal patient base, and you can start to build your own lasting relationships with your patients. To help you start off strong, the clinic is offering 90% of billings in the first month, 80% in the second two months and then 70% of billings from the fourth month onwards.

You will be working with a highly experienced support team of nurses and administrative assistants, who will work together to make sure all your admin needs are covered. Work in a modern, well-equipped facility that features five consult rooms, a treatment room, sterilization/immunisation room and a staff room. Partnership opportunities can be discussed with the right candidate.

Conveniently located next door to a range of allied health services including a physiotherapist, podiatrist, dental, pathology, chiropractor and imaging centre, there is everything your patients’ needs within close reach. The pharmacy and hospital are also located close by, so you and your patients can access everything in the one location. Hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday so you can enjoy your time off with family and friends.

The Location

The practice is located only a short less than a half hour’s drive north-west of Brisbane CBD. The suburb is family friendly, with a range of great schooling options, parks, golf courses, a leisure centre, shopping facilities and a whole lot more! Commuting to work will be no problem, as the suburb is easily connected to a range of public transport options. This is also considered to be one of Brisbane’s leafy north suburbs close to famous parks like Edward Allison Park at Eaton’s Hill and George Willmore Park at Ferny Hills.

The Practice

Join this well-established, fully accredited as a teaching practice where a dedicated team of four GPs, two nurses, a team of receptionists and a practice manager is looking forward to a new GP joining to help meet the growing patient demand.
