Community Controlled service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on the Fraser Coast.

Services are delivered in a welcoming, caring, culturally sensitive environment, by a team of General Practitioners, Nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, Visiting Specialists and Allied Health Professionals who are all dedicated to helping the patients achieve their health goals.

Hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
