Pay Rate: 70-75% of billings negotiable depending on qualifications, experience commitment etc, guaranteed income of $200 per hour for the initial 8-12 weeks. Additional quarterly Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program payments available for eligible services. Relocation and commencement incentives may also be negotiated for doctors seeking a longer-term opportunity.
Full Description
The Practice
This established bulk billing practice is home to a team of five GPs and provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to a diverse and growing community. The clinic has built a strong reputation for quality patient care and offers incoming doctors the opportunity to develop a substantial patient following from day one.
The practice operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm, Saturdays from 9am to 4pm and Sunday mornings 8am to noon, providing flexibility for GPs seeking full-time or part-time arrangements. The team values continuity of care and is particularly interested in doctors looking to become a long-term member of the practice.
There is a strong multicultural patient demographic, including a large number of Mandarin-speaking patients. GPs with Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded, although this is not essential.
Additional incentives may be available for doctors willing to commit to the practice long term, including commencement bonuses and milestone retention payments.

Essential Criteria
Non-DPA location
Specialist Registration with AHPRA and VR rights with Medicare required
Australian PR or Australian/New Zealand citizenship required
